Green Kashmir Mission:
To introduce multidisciplinary holistic “whole system” approach of Health & Wellbeing, Permaculture and Agroecological systems for potential paths for recovery, regeneration, resilience and healing of the land, people and communities.
To make Permaculture education and training accessible to the grass root communities for the protection, restoration and regeneration of ecosystems and to find practical real-life nature based solutions to address a complex range of social, economic, and environmental issues that modern-day Kashmir faces.
“The greatest change we need to make is from consumption to production, even if on a small scale, in our own gardens. If only 10% of us do this, there is enough for everyone. Hence the futility of revolutionaries who have no gardens, who depend on the very system they attack, and who produce words and bullets, not food and shelter.” Bill Mollison, father of Permaculture…
